[Return Refund] Can I request for an exchange?

Shopee does not support direct exchanges between buyers and sellers through the platform. However, you may contact the seller via Shopee Chat to discuss if they are open to an exchange.

⚠️ Note:

  • Should there be any issue regarding an exchange agreed outside of Shopee, please check with the seller
  • A return/refund request can be raised if an agreement for an exchange between seller and buyer couldn’t be reached
  • If the return is successful and there are no further issues raised by either buyers or sellers, the refund will be processed once the product is checked and accepted by the seller/Shopee Warehouse team
